The only downside was that the hotel's guest computer was too old and too slow,and that the rooms T.V was a little too small, perhaps management could review these areas. General- I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to family and freinds,and should we holiday again in Salzburg,would not hesitate to stay at the Hotel again.

The breakfast room, service and quality of foodstuffs were superb.Our room was adequate in terms of size and the comfort of the bed.We would go back to this hotel.

They fulfill any hotel and "tourist" needs (e.g. program suggestions and booking) of the guests. The hotel is located conveniently within walking distance to the Mirabelle Palace and older part of the city as well situated in a quiet, lovely environment. Breakfast is excellent with a wide variety of fresh, delicious, healthy foods.

Our room was very nice and just we were looking for with a young family.
