Staff really helpful and friendly. As we had booked via the internet we had no real idea of exactly what type of hotel we would be staying at...what a fantastic surprise. the whole ambience was fantastic. An easy walk into town. Directions given plus a map. Explanations given on how to get to our next destination. If we visit Vannes again we will definitely stay here.
