The room was spacious and the shower etc excellent. The breakfast was poor. Orange out of cartons, no meats and a miserable little package of cheese. There are some nice little restaurants opposite the hotel.

Great location, you can see the Leaning Tower through the window (don't lean out too far though!) Helpful and friendly staff, clean and comfy room. Only two suggestions for improvement:- Tea/coffee making facilities would be good (they don't seem to do this in Italy), and more pillows (although we could have asked). However, a lovely hotel- thanks.

A basic hotel in an excellent location.

Room was pleasant and clean and met requirements for a brief one night stopover.

The breakfast was good but the coffee was great. High step in and out of shower not good. Dinner was great, the staff were efficent but not too friendly.

I was happy with it all, but I did feel the price and the quality of the room was not up to scratch and the rooms did need renovating. for a 3 star hotel, the bathroom was of poor quality.It was clean though, but very small. I had a double bed with ensuit and I did expect a bit more.

Would stay somewhere else next time. Right outside the window of the room was the dumpster and evidently they had the window open because the room was full of flies. And A/C did not work good enough to cool the room.

Thank you! As an American I'm used to larger rooms, but hey I'm in Italy, how much time am I going to spend in my room anyway! But the amenities offered in the room were great!
