The hotel was efficiently run and we encountered no problems during our stay. The location was very good for sightseeing. We did not use the restaurants, so can say nothing about the catering. The hotel was very quiet, no noise from other guests. Negative points: we ordered a non-smoking but were given a smokers room. The computer was not working when we checked out, so we had to pay cash for our stay. There was no courtesy parking for hotel guests, only space in the underground garage which was the same price as city parking. The windows in the room were dirty. There was scant information at reception about public transport in the city, no complementary street plans etc. We had to find everything out ourselves, not easy when you are a first-time visitor. Hotel entrance needs refurbishing. Good points: tea and coffee-making facilites in the room, great view of the harbour, very nice bathroom with bathtub - great to take a bath after a day's sightseeing. Room was comfortable and we slept well.

I don't even know if they had a swimming pool. The staff were friendly and helpful.

It's a nice new building and handy to a very modern shopping mall and transport. We would stay there again.
