The room I had was very small and hardly any space between bed and drinks fridge, which made it difficult when accessing wardrobe. The reception and restaurant staff were very polite and helpful, especially as I do not speak Italian. I found the hotel to be well located for my business purposes and not too far a walk to the main shopping area and cathedral
