To us as english visitors the staff were very polite, attentive and helpful- in person, on the phone and online. It is a very convenient location, not very far from the centre of bern, close to the airport, which is a quick and efficient way to arrive
... at and depart from central switzerland, and close to the tram stop. the hotel ambience and the room was clean and comfortable. the only things we missed were a second pillow, tea/coffee in the room, and a fan/aircon, as it was hot during the 2 nights we were there. the breakfast was simple, more than adequate and enjoyable.
