They helped me with a wake up call, booked a cab and find train times. The hotel was spotless and I appreciated the internet access. I asked if any rooms had sea views and was told they didn't. I would have been prepared to pay more for a sea view. The 'courtyard' was really a side alley.

Staff was cheerful and efficient with the problem.

Also no soap in the room on arrival.

In fact we had a beach view - albeit at an angle. The surf meant the window had to be shut and air conditioning would have been adviseable with the benefit of hindsight.
