Overview
Sitting in 14 acres of its own grounds, Woolley Grange Hotel Bradford On Avon is set in beautiful countryside with far reaching views of the White Horse at Westbury. A Jacobean manor house built in the early 17th century and a family home for over 400 years, it was opened by Nigel Chapman and his wife in 1989. The hotel is situated on the fringe of the medieval wool town, Bradford on Avon and just 8 miles from the city of Bath. All 26 hotel's bedrooms are individually designed with much style and comfort. All vary in size and character some with feature bathrooms but all with the coziness of home. Patchwork quilts and antiques (everything is touchable) add to the ambience. Guests will find the majority of the hotel rooms in the Main House but some are housed in the Stone Cottage and Coach House. The Pavilion building has contemporary style rooms.
The hotel is famous with their Traditional British cooking ,the Head Chef, Paul Burrows, places the emphasis on good quality ingredients from local suppliers of naturally reared or organic produce where possible.
