The A/C wasn't working properly and we had to complain repeatedly to get somebody to fix it.

The views are nonexistent( a brick wall) the shutters did not work. Breakfast poor. No fresh orange Juice in Seville of all places. The wooden floor was VERY dirty. The Shower was hanging off the wall and the water was one minute freezing the next minute dangeruosly hot!
