Quite satisfactory.

Some of the nicest people we have met. They really made our stay extra special.

The fact that they provided a free pick up from the airport was a major plus. The owner of the hotel was friendly and offered advice on places to visit - we are glad though that we didn't take his advice against hiring a car and driving in Turkey outside of Istanbul. The room was a little small but we weren't expecting nor did we need a large room. Our first night we were in a room near reception which was a little noisy but the staff willingly moved us to another, quieter room for the rest of our stay.

It is good but after two days would be nice to change. Most staff were good but one distinctly had bad mood and was not too friendly.
